Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Email us at support@sejadwal.com.

Does my partner need an account?

No. Your partner adds the subscription link to their phone calendar once. An account (sign in with Google) is only needed for people who add and change events.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On iPhone, events go into the built-in Calendar app. On Android, they go into Google Calendar. The install page shows the steps for the phone you are using.

Why hasn't a new event appeared in Google Calendar yet?

Google Calendar refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, sometimes only every few hours. This is outside our control. iPhone Calendar is usually faster.

Do reminders go off?

On iPhone, yes, as long as "Remove Alerts" is turned off for the subscribed calendar (the install page explains how). Google Calendar often ignores reminders from subscribed calendars, so Android users should not rely on them alone for very important events.

Which language and time zone does it use?

The app is available in Bahasa Indonesia and English; you choose when you first sign in and can switch in Settings. Each calendar has its own time zone (Indonesia's WIB, WITA, WIT, or any other zone). Phones show the events in their own local time.

Who can see my schedule?

Event contents are stored encrypted in our database, and our admin page never shows them. Details are in the Privacy Policy (in Indonesian).

How do I delete my data?

Delete events or calendars in the app. To delete your account with all calendars you own, email support@sejadwal.com from your account's email address.

How much does it cost?

It's free for now. If paid features come later, we will announce them first.
