About paying
How does the trial work?
Every new account uses Keluarga for 7 days, with no payment and no card. After that it goes back to Gratis by itself.
Am I charged automatically every month?
No. You pay in advance per month or per year, by QRIS, e-wallet or virtual account. We remind you before it runs out; there is no automatic billing.
What happens if I do not renew?
Nothing is switched off. Existing calendars, recipient links and labels keep working. You just cannot add beyond the Gratis limits, and calendars over the limit become read-only.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of paying, no questions asked, once per account. Ask from the Plan page in the app or contact us.
